An architectural firm, for example, would provide the hours worked by their employees to the time tracker for both contract/fixed fee/progress invoicing and Time and Material invoicing.  If the client is contract/fixed fee based, the contract details would be faxed to our office for entry into the books.

We would require all company and employee information such as tax id numbers, social security numbers, deductions, rates of pay, etc.  If you are switching payroll mid year, we would require your historical payroll data from prior quarters to reconcile.  Once your account set up is complete and we are ready to process payroll, your only function would be to provide the time data.
